Preparation is the key to success. The Prepare stage involves identifying your key stakeholders, securing commitment, establishing a Steering Group, developing a project plan and determining which version of the employee survey you will utilise.
Stage 1. Prepare checklist / key requirements
By the time you have completed the preparation stage you should have performed the following:
- Identified key stakeholders and secured commitment (including senior management, occupational health and safety personnel, employees / representatives)
- Established a Work PositiveCI Steering Group
- Developed a project plan
- Decided on which version of Work PositiveCI to run
