Stage 3. Action Plan stage checklist
By the time you have completed the Action Plan stage you should have performed the following:
- Communicated your survey results
- Prioritised issues through consultation
- Established key deliverables for your action plan
- Secured senior stakeholder commitment
- Launched your action plan
