Secure senior level signoff
- Present your action plan to senior stakeholders to secure resources and personal commitment necessary for success.
- Get some last-minute feedback. What parts of the action plan do they like? Do they have any concerns? You still have time for some modification.
- Make sure the senior stakeholders visibly endorse the programme.
Get your employees up-to-date
- Distribute Section A of your action plan among your workforce and let them know how they can provide feedback or get involved.
