Prioritising issues through consultation

a

The survey reports will help you identify areas that require attention and provide feedback on ways to potentially address any issues. However, further consultation is advised before deciding on any follow-up actions. A good method of further consultation is small discussion / focus groups.  These can allow you to explore problems and begin the process of developing possible solutions. You should involve the wellbeing stakeholders, employees and their representatives in any consultations, as they are often the best placed to suggest improvements.

You should be able to demonstrate that you have considered any issue flagged as 'requiring attention' within the survey reports, even if further consultation suggests the issue does not warrant any follow-up action.
